Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Return
- Product must be in original condition with no significant wear, damage, or modification
- Product must be returned with all included components
- Proof of purchase is required
- All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt
Standard Scoreboards
- Returns are accepted within 30 days
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied
- Refunds are based on the standard scoreboard price at the time of purchase
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defect or error on our part
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective
Custom Options
- Custom options are non-refundable
- Custom configurations are made per order and are not eligible for refund beyond the standard product value
- If a return is approved, the refund will be limited to the standard scoreboard price at the time of purchase, minus the restocking fee
Digital Add-Ons
- Digital or downloadable add-ons are non-refundable
- We will work with you to make reasonable adjustments if needed
Non-Returnable Conditions
- Products showing signs of excessive use, damage, or misuse
- Products altered or modified after delivery
- Returns requested beyond the 30-day return window
Exchanges & Defects
If your product arrives defective or experiences an issue within the return period, we will work with you to repair or replace the unit as appropriate.
If your product arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for inspection and processing.
