What is Sync Mode?
Sync Mode allows your Dugout Scoreboard to automatically receive live game updates from supported scoring apps. When available, scores, innings, outs, and other game information can update automatically without manual input.
Do I need to use Sync Mode on my scoreboard?
No. Each Dugout Scoreboard includes both Manual Mode and Sync Mode. Manual Mode allows you to control the scoreboard directly through the Dugout Scoreboard app. Sync Mode is an optional feature for teams that want automatic game updates from supported scoring apps.
How does the Custom Design process work?
After placing your order, we’ll contact you to discuss your design. Whether you have a team logo, mascot, team name, or sponsor graphic. We’ll work with you to create a design that fits your team, approved by you before production begins.
What if I don’t have a logo?
No problem. Custom Designed scoreboards, as well as Custom Display Animations, can feature team names, logos, mascots, and sponsor graphics. We’ll work with you to create a design that fits your team.
Can I upload my own photos, graphics, and animations?
Yes. Every Dugout Scoreboard supports displaying your own photos, graphics, and animations through the Dugout Scoreboard app.
What is the Custom Display Animation add-on?
The Custom Display Animation add-on includes a personalized animation created by the Dugout Scoreboard team specifically for your scoreboard.
